Registering Managed Accounts

Overview

We want to register the the service accounts we create earlier under the SharePoint platform so that these Managed accounts are available to choose when later we start creating some of the specific service applications.

Steps

First lets add the Farm Account as Farm Administrator by following below CA navigation.

Add SPFarmAdmin

Under the Security:

Register following service accounts as Managed Accounts:

corp\SPMySite

corp\SPPortal

Corp\SpSearchCenter

Corp\SPSearch
